Angie Harmon is an American actress and model, who has appeared in number of TV and film series over time. She was originally a professional actress and model. However, after becoming internationally famous, she started acting. Her acting career started in 1995 when she starred on the popular TV show "Baywatch Nights". Harmon is also an actor in voice and was the voice of the animated versions of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker movie. In the early 2000, Harmon chose to focus solely on film and stopped doing TV shows. Her return to acting in TV shows came after several films. She became one of the only actresses to pose discreetly nude in the magazine 'Allure.' Her major work has been as the detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series 'Rizzoli & Isles'. In her role as a detective, she has was praised as well as awards. Angie Harmon was nominated over these past years for her outstanding performances, however she has not won any awards.
