Ashley was born just two months before, and she weighed only 2 pounds 8 ounces. Her stay in the ICU was for a whole month. The parents were told that her heart needed surgery for Christmas Day. Prayers were answered when her parents visited the hospital on Christmas Day and were told by medical professionals that her heart was been shut. Ashley was never in need of surgery. After being released, she went home at 4 1/2 pounds following being admitted to hospital for two months. The girl is now in good health. Her father is an English-German. Her mother's family comes origins from Ireland. The debut of her acting career was in the 2002 Salon Surprise Barbie Doll advertisement. Ashley, then 8, was spotted by the Ford Modeling Agency. In print, she has worked consistently and remains in the Agency. When she was just 10 years old when she was 10, she realized that acting was the way she would like to go. Ashley went on to do 35 commercials before moving into roles in the theatre. Ashley had shifted her focus to acting. Ashley focused her entire attention into acting, which left very little time for modeling or dancing. Ashley played "Hanna Marin" in the ABC Family show ABC Family, Pretty Little Liars (2010). Ashley played a brief part in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo's) music video "True Love" and was portrayed with Solange as well as Romeo Miller. Britney and Ashley also participated in an Vogue Magazine Photo Shoot. The NLT singer appears in their music video "That Girl".
