Candice King is an American actress who walked up fame by as the character Caroline Forbes in the super hit CW series The Vampire Diaries. Although Candice achieved fame as an actor she first began her career as a singer. The debut album of Candice, Always the Innocent People in United States, was released in 2009. Twelve of the fourteen songs included in the album were penned by her. In addition to her acting work as well, she was also a guest on shows such as How I Met Your Mother. Even though her career was steadily growing, the breakthrough didn't come when she appeared on The Vampire Diaries on CW. Instantly, the series became a household name. Candice Queen received acclaim for her brilliant acting and her outstanding performance. The show lasted 171 episodes in eight seasons. She was also seen playing her part in recurring roles on The spin-off show The Originals in 2018 and Legacies in 2021.
